UKEY Parking: a car park with no tickets and no cashier at the lane. Entry and exit by plate, elQR payment from a phone, works offline, revenue by zone in the owner dashboard. License: 100,000 som to connect, then a share of the car park monthly revenue: 15% for the first 12 months, 10% from month 13. Equipment and works are quoted in a separate estimate. What is it?
Cameras recognize the plate at the entrance and exit, and the system calculates the parking time and accepts payment by QR code, card or cash. The parking owner sees occupancy and revenue in the client portal.

The heat map shows occupancy for every hour of every day of the week. Use it to match rates and staff shifts to actual demand.

A vehicle usually stays about half an hour, but some stay 2 hours, 6 hours or longer. The report shows how many such stays there are, which helps decide whether you need a time limit or a separate rate.
